Cue Club
Our CUE Club member program has been temporarily suspended. During this time, CUE Club and CUE Club Black members will be unable to receive new Welcome or Birthday rewards, or accrue points for every dollar spent.
CUE Club Black members are still able to utilise their 10% VIP discount both in-store and online.
For members with current Welcome or Birthday rewards:
If issued before 15 September 2026, members can redeem these in-store when a transaction has an equal or greater amount than the reward.
Members will be unable to redeem valid rewards online during this time.
